Lawn and Gardens (Large)
Two lawns surrounded by palm trees and gardens, includes the shaded patio, and a private brides room. Ideal for weddings and other large events of 100 guests or fewer.

Patio (Medium)
A shady space tucked away in the Rossetter gardens. Perfect for medium sized gatherings and events of 40 or fewer guests. Tables and chairs available for seating up to 28.

Parlor (Small)
A bright, indoor, air-conditioned space for meetings and small gatherings of 20 or fewer guests. Ideal for bridal or baby showers.

Weddings

Garden Rentals

Garden Rentals

Have the entire lawn and gardens to host your perfect wedding!

We provide outdoor space for ceremony and/or reception
including both the North and South lawns, the patio,
and a private bride's room in the Roesch house.

Fees

Small size event (25 to 40 people maximum) $400 for two hours

Large size event (50 to 100 people maximum) $750 for two hours

$150 for any additional hour

Refundable deposit of $200

Event insurance is required

(www.theeventhelper.com is one place to get event insurance)

~ Accomodates a maximum of 100 guests ~

~ Furniture, lighting, linens, and tents not provided ~

~ Electrical outlets are available but are limited ~

~ The patio and portions of the lawn are wheelchair accessible ~

~ Restroom facilities for men and women available ~

~ Property is available for rent between the hours of:
11am and 9pm on Wednesdays - Sunday ~

~ Set up is allowed to begin as early as 10am the day of the event ~

~ Take down needs to conclude within 1 hour after rental time -fees assessed if property not cleared by 10 pm~

~ Wedding rehearsal is optional for a fee of $75 and must conclude by 6pm ~

The Historic Rossetter House

is the perfect setting for your outdoor,

intimate gathering.

Your group or organization will enjoy an afternoon of tea in the garden, a tour of the Historic Rossetter House and a spirited game of croquet on the lawn.

Patio Rental

A breezy patio in the shade amidst the Rossetter gardens.
This outdoor space is ideal for medium-sized gatherings.

Rental of this space is $350 for two hours, $150 per additional hour.
Refundable deposit of $200 is required. Event insurance is also required.

Accommodates up to 28 guests

Furniture available for $50 set up fee includes:
- Seven round tables, seat four each
- Two rectangular tables (six feet in length)
- 28 chairs
Renter may provide furniture, lighting, linens and tents.
Lawn games are available for $75
Electrical outlets are available but are limited
Restroom facilities for men and women available
The patio is wheelchair accessible
Property is available for rent between the hours of:
- 11am and 8pm, Wednesday - Sunday
Set up is allowed to begin as early as 10am the day of the event

Roesch Parlor

Roesch Parlor Rental - Meetings and Small Gatherings

The charming Roesch House Parlor is a cozy setting for any small gathering. A beautiful room within the Roesch house, airconditioned and illuminated by four large windows that look upon the property. Warm wood floors and traditional moldings provide historical character to the parlor.
